Return Period 

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards and some health and personal care items.

Cancellation of Standard Purchase Orders

If you decide to cancel your standard purchase order before taking possession, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total purchase value will apply.

Change of Mind Returns

We cannot accept returns for unboxed, assembled, or used goods if the return is simply due to a change of mind or if the items are deemed unnecessary. However, if you wish to return items due to a change of mind, a medical reason, or another valid reason, you may do so if the items are in their original unopened packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee and shipping charges will apply both ways. For returns due to a medical reason, a doctor’s certificate must be provided prior to making a refund claim.

Proof of Purchase 

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number.

Return Process

Please wait for an email confirmation from a Koala Copper Australia representative before mailing the product back. This confirmation is necessary for us to process your return and issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@koalacopper.au.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at sales@koalacopper.au.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of the return.

Shipping


If the return is not due to our fault, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
